What we collect

When you request the free LitPlan or join the membership we collect your name and email address. When you buy a membership, our payment processor collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card number. While you use the site we collect the usual usage information — pages visited, courses opened, device and browser type — and we keep the messages you send us.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: the free LitPlan, your membership, receipts and account emails. To send you teaching resources and news from Teacher’s Pet Publications, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. To answer your messages, keep the site working, and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs on Kajabi, which uses cookies to keep you logged in and to measure how the site is used. We may also use advertising and analytics tools (for example from Google or Meta) to measure our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as logging in, need them to work.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the site for us — Kajabi (hosting and email), payment processors, and analytics tools — under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when the law requires it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. Update your name, email and password in your account settings. To have your account and personal information deleted, email [email protected].

Children

This site is for teachers, homeschooling parents and other adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your login private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.
