Who we are

Teacher’s Pet Publications (“we”, “us”) provides the LitPlan All-Access membership on this website. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or buys a membership here. By joining, you agree to them.

Your membership

A membership gives one teacher access to the LitPlan library for as long as the membership is active. Access begins when your payment is processed and continues through the end of each period you have paid for.

Billing and renewal

Annual memberships are billed once a year and renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase. Monthly memberships are billed every month and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Refunds

Because the library is downloadable the moment you join, payments are not refundable once made. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.

License

All materials in the library are copyrighted by Teacher’s Pet Publications. Your membership is a license for one teacher. You may download and print materials for your own use, print or share copies with the students in your own classroom or homeschool, and edit the editable files for use with those students. You may not share your login or the files with other teachers, post materials on the internet or on shared drives that others can access, upload them to sites such as Quizlet, Boom Learning or Teachers Pay Teachers, or sell, license or redistribute them in any form.

Your account

Keep your login private. One person per account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login.

Changes to the library

We add titles and updated editions over time and may occasionally retire or replace a title. Materials you downloaded during your membership remain usable with your own students under the license above.

Ending a membership

We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, particularly the license. You can end yours at any time as described under Billing and renewal.

Disclaimer and liability

The materials are teaching resources provided as they are, without any warranty that they fit a particular curriculum or standard. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership period.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.
